CRH acquires Cemex operations and Dudman's cement import facilities

Cemex's Northern Ireland-based ready-mixed concrete, block and aggregates operations have been taken over by CRH, and the operations have been integrated with CRH's Northstone business. CRH also took over the Dudman group's cement import facilities in the UK.
