Senior US management changes at CRH

CRH, the international building materials group, has announced a number of changes within its management team in the United States. Doug Black, currently chief executive of CRH's Americas Materials Division, is appointed to the newly-created position of president and chief operating officer, Oldcastle (the holding company for CRH's operations in the Americas) and will report to Mark Towe, CEO of Oldcastle.

723CRH, the international building materials group, has announced a number of changes within its management team in the United States.

Doug Black, currently chief executive of CRH's Americas Materials Division, is appointed to the newly-created position of president and chief operating officer, Oldcastle (the holding company for CRH's operations in the Americas) and will report to Mark Towe, CEO of Oldcastle.

Randy Lake succeeds Black as CEO of Americas Materials while Keith Haas is appointed CEO of an expanded Americas Building Products Group, which will consist of the APG, precast and building envelope activities.
